Appointment Preparation Guidelines

1. Please arrive with no makeup to help maintain the cleanliness and quality of all garments.

2. Wear appropriate underwear: seamless, skin-tone, and comfortable. A strapless bra is recommended when necessary for proper fitting.

3. Bring any style inspiration or reference photos to help our team understand the look you are aiming for.

4. Keep your hair simple and clean to ensure you can visualise your appearance clearly during fittings.

5. Limit your guests to 4–5 supportive individuals to maintain comfort and focus during the appointment.

6. Avoid wearing strong perfumes, as scents can transfer to delicate fabrics.

7. Do not use body lotions containing shimmer, oils, or glitter, as these can easily transfer onto clothing.

8. Arrive on time to fully benefit from the scheduled appointment duration.

9. Maintain an open mind — the ideal piece may be different from what you initially expected.
