At PRIVÉE CONCEPT, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. To maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service, please note the following policy:

1.  Exchanges:

• Clothes can be exchanged within two days of purchase, provided they are in good condition with all original tags attached.
• Unfortunately, evening gowns cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. We recommend trying them on in-store to ensure the perfect fit before purchase.

 

2.  Refunds:

• We do not offer refunds for any purchases. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to make careful and considered choices when shopping with us.
