  • Exchanges: Clothes can be exchanged within two days of purchase, provided they are in good condition with all original tags attached. Please note that evening gowns cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

 

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to make careful and considered choices when shopping with us.

 

3. Do you offer rental services for your clothing?

 

  • We do not offer rental services. This policy ensures that all our customers receive brand-new, unworn clothing of the highest quality.

 

4. Do you offer shipping?

 

  • Yes, we do ship our products. However, we highly recommend that clients visit our store to try on the clothes and experience our personalized service. We believe in offering a unique and memorable shopping experience.
  • We also offer international shipping for our customers abroad.

  • We do not offer alteration services. However, we can recommend reputable tailors who can perform alterations at your own responsibility and expense.
